SUMMARY:Farm Kindergarten’s Farm Stand
DESCRIPTION:The Green Meadow Waldorf School’s FARM KINDERGARTEN will be selling lotion bars to benefit the Duryea Farm. The Farm Stand will be open from 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm this Friday afternoon\, and the children will have the opportunity to be friendly helpers at the table\, taking care of customers. \nWe are looking forward to this fun and meaningful experience. \nThe money/donations will go to a much needed shelter for the large round hay bales\, which the farmers — Duryea Farm\, not the kindergarten — use for the cows. \nThe creams and lotion bars are created from hand plucked chamomile blossoms from the farm kindergarten garden\, are steeped in oil\, and infused in the sunlight for many months. They make for wonderful holiday gifts and come in a little drawstring bag.
