By submitting this form you agree to pay four installments of $375, for a total of $1500 as follows: 1st payment due upon registration, remaining three payments will be invoiced and due Oct 1st, Nov 1st, and Dec 1st, 2024.

BDA members who enter a coupon code by submitting this form agree to pay four installments of $362.50, for a total of $1450 as follows: 1st payment due upon registration, remaining three payments will be automatically deducted monthly for 3 months.
