2:45pm: Stirring the biodynamic preparation #500 (South Lawn)
4:00pm: Music, recitations, presentations, and a puppet show: The Most Beautiful Dragon (Goethe Room)
5:00pm: Casting of the rye (South Field)
Michaelmas, or the Feast of St. Michael, is celebrated on September 29. As it falls near the equinox, the day is associated with the beginning of autumn and the shortening of the days. St. Michael is one of the principal angelic warriors, the archangel who is the protector against the dark of the night.
